00. Blazin’ (ft. Kanye West)

Even though I’m not exactly the happy camper after coming to the sad realization that my favorite loca bitch, Nicki, may have resurrected the ever-so-overdone punchline flow for a gang of numbers on Pink Friday, this track is a doozy. Not to mention, right after Madam Zolanski verbally kicked ass and took names, our friend Kanye is next on the plate doing what he does best. That being, blankin’ for minute or so all the while delivering a ton of clever wordplay and quote’s that’ll be coming to on a Facebook status or Tweet near you. I’ve got five bones riding on that fact. Digressing. Another thing I fancy about this track is that I can faintly hear a bit from “Don’t You Forget About Me” by Simple Minds. As a huge fan of The Breakfast Club, or the Brat Pack for that matter, that’s basically the sweet icing on the cake.
