Initially, I was stuck between art and journalism too. So I definitely feel your pain lol. Anyway, I ended up picking journalism. However, after about a year and a half, I realized I wasn’t fan of my schools Journalism Program. It wasn’t what I thought it’d be. I can’t explain it, but it seemed like it wasn’t exactly geared towards what I wanted to do. Went to a Major Fair and talked to some advisors about their Studio Art program and I was sold. That’s pretty much it. I didn’t lose my love for writing, so I’m hoping that I can dabble in a few Journalism classes in the future as electives. 

Hope you figure out what you want to do! :) If possible, definitely talk to some advisors about each major and its program before you make any decisions.
